Campus Policy

Campus spots are limited. Your student will be placed with the campus he or she is registered for. We are unable to adjust campus assignments after registration is complete.

If a Spot Becomes Available: Parents will be contacted directly, and their student’s registration will be moved from the waitlist into camp. No additional action or payment will be required. Students will be added in the order received, with placement based on campus, grade, and gender availability.

Refund Policy: If your student is not moved into camp, you’ll receive a full refund after camp ends. You may remove your student from the waitlist registration at any time to receive a refund prior to camp.

• If your student is moved off the waitlist and into camp, the standard refund policy applies:

– Cancel 31+ days before camp → Full refund

– Cancel 15–30 days before camp → 50% refund

– Cancel 14 days or less before camp → No refund

• If a student who has been moved off the wait list and into camp cancels 14 days or less before camp, a refund will only be issued if the spot is filled by another waitlisted student.
