Retreat Overview & Important Details

This retreat will take place at Lost Canyon Young Life Camp in Williams, AZ. Participants are responsible for coordinating their own travel and any carpool arrangements. Additional details regarding travel and arrival information will be shared at a later date.

The retreat will begin the evening of Friday, April 17th, with arrival and check-in starting at 5:00 PM, and will conclude at 11:00 AM on Sunday, April 19th.

As you register, please ensure that all contact and personal information is accurate and up to date. This allows us to communicate clearly with you before the retreat and follow up as needed regarding logistics, lodging, and care throughout the weekend.

Additional details—including what to bring, retreat travel and arrival information, a general weekend schedule, and room assignments—will be shared between one to two weeks prior to the retreat. We appreciate your patience as our team finalizes these details to best serve the group.

Lodging & Room Assignments

Lodging for the retreat will be in shared cabins with bunk-style sleeping arrangements. While we will do our best to consider preferences and requests, specific room or bunk assignments cannot be guaranteed due to space and group needs. Cabin space is limited, and we appreciate a flexible and gracious posture as we work to serve everyone well.

Physical Needs & Camp Environment

We want every participant to feel welcomed, cared for, and supported. If you have physical needs, mobility concerns, or medical considerations, please share them during registration so we can be aware as you plan to attend.

Participants should understand that this retreat takes place in a camp environment. Facilities and terrain may include uneven ground, bunk beds, shared restroom facilities, and areas with limited accessibility. Individuals are responsible for evaluating whether the camp setting is appropriate for their personal needs and limitations.

While our team will make reasonable efforts to offer support where possible, not all needs can be accommodated due to the nature of the facilities.
