Neighborhood Christian Clinic
The Neighborhood Christian Clinic is a medical and dental clinic that provides free or low-cost Christian whole-person healthcare in the uninsured and under served community.
Volunteers are a critical part of the clinic’s ministry. Volunteer doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, hygienists, medical & dental assistants and interpreters are very much needed. This inner-city clinic provides a wonderful working environment with state-of-the-art equipment that delivers high quality dental and medical care while sharing the love of Christ.
Potential volunteers must complete an application. Potential volunteers are also encouraged to attend an Open House that is hosted on the third Monday of each month at 5pm.
Additional Requirements:
- Nursing volunteers must be bilingual.
- Scribe volunteers must be bilingual.
- Volunteers will need to commit to frequent volunteering to become proficient in skills needed.
- If selected, new volunteers will participate in an introductory period to determine mutual fit with the clinic.
Clinical Shifts are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-noon and 12:30-5pm.
